LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
In this training you will learn:
- The best ways to combat mental health stigma
- How to foster a mental health positive environment at your academy
- How to recognize the basic warnings signs of mental health concerns
- How to support a team member or student through empathy and active listening
- How to respond to self-harm, suicidal thoughts and panic attacks as a peer supporter
