From the beginning, our patch has helped us achieve the goal of spreading awareness. Whether sewn on your gi pants, the back of your gi, or on your gi bag, it's an important expression that it's okay to struggle with mental well-being. It is human.
 
The patches are available in neon green or white. They are not iron on and require sewing. They measure 5" x 5".
